Soto House is currently under development and is a total reformation and refurbishment of a home originally designed by the legendary Luis Gutierrez Soto in the 1967. This latest Sea Pine property is, once again, set in the heart of the Kings & Queens area of Sotogrande Costa and has wonderful views south over a nature reserve and east towards the sea.
