The River House

The River House is a seven-bedroom property situated on the banks of the Guadiaro River in the prestigious Kings & Queens enclave of Sotogrande Costa. We took a property that was originally constructed in the 1980s and re-imagined it for modern living. A two-year reformation and refurbishment of the building and the extensive gardens that surrounds it was completed at the end of 2023. The specification of the property post the refurbishment rivals any home in Sotogrande. Our main focus in this redesign was to create a modern home that could be used 12 months of the year whilst connecting the inside and outside spaces seamlessly to maximise the enjoyment of the wonderful gardens and the river beyond.
